At Accenture, I support deployments and release activities for Kaiser Permanente’s Quality Claims Audit Portal (QCP) and Serenity, using GitHub Actions workflows and Helm-based deployments to Azure Kubernetes Service.
I execute releases across DEV, QA, PERF, UAT, PROD, and DR environments, update application versions and container image tags, and check deployment health with Kubernetes commands. I also support database deployments through SQL Server Management Studio and Azure Data Factory deployments.
Earlier, I developed and enhanced Python and YAML automation within GitHub Actions for build, testing, ticketing, and deployment activities. I also supported Jira and Change Request ticket automation and tested changes before raising pull requests for review.
