I'm looking for operations or supply chain roles where I can apply my analytical and business process expertise to improve efficiency, optimize costs, and support continuous improvement in a dynamic business environment.

At Gemba Concepts, I contributed to operational excellence initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and supporting shop-floor optimization, process re-engineering, and workflow improvements.

I mapped process flows, conducted time and motion studies, and supported resource utilization analysis to identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve efficiency. I also developed KPI dashboards tracking order fulfilment, order losses, and other operational metrics.

On supply chain and warehousing projects, I supported ERP implementation, stock audits, procurement planning, and improvements to the Spoke-Hub model for Door-to-Door operations. Earlier, during my Design Internship at Roto Press Engineers, I created 2D drawings in AutoCAD and modeled and simulated parts and assemblies in SolidWorks.
