At Sulzer India Pvt. Ltd, I work in operations, material planning, and supply chain. I implemented 5S visual management and Lean warehousing practices, and initiated an offcut material utilization drive for plates, pipes, and sheets.
Earlier, I coordinated subcontracting for fabrication jobs, dispatched masked drawings and DXF files, and arranged vendor TPI and NDT inspections. I also designed a CAD model and fluid dynamics flow in Creo and ANSYS for the Smart Portable Air Purifier for Enhanced Air Purity project.
