I translated complex financial workflows into structured requirements across operations, technology, and compliance stakeholders.

At the National Informatics Centre, I owned the Tourist Visa on Arrival and Bureau of Immigration website modules for the IVFRT national platform, from as-is investigation through re-engineered design and live rollout.

I bring 13+ years of BFSI and regulated-program experience across root-cause diagnosis, to-be process design, governance, documentation, and implementation. I'm also deepening my applied Generative AI and Microsoft Azure capabilities to bring modern tooling into process transformation.
