I've conducted biotechnology research at CSIR-Indian Institute of Toxicology Research and UPES, investigating BPA-mediated neurotoxicity, mitochondrial transport dynamics, innate immune signaling, and antimicrobial applications.
My projects include designing a label-free MXene-based electrochemical immunosensor for early cancer biomarker detection and formulating quinoline-loaded nanoparticles for topical antifungal therapy against Candida albicans. I use PCR, RT-PCR, cell culture, microscopy, spectroscopy, and electrochemical characterization to develop and evaluate research solutions.
