What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a computational biology research internship where I can work on in silico toxicology and neurotoxicological mechanism analysis using docking and network/pathway methods.

I’m an M.Sc. Genetics candidate at the University of Mysore, focused on neurotoxicology and disease mechanisms through in silico approaches.

My thesis looks at styrene-induced disruption of calcium signaling in the blood-brain barrier: I mapped PPI network hub genes (GRIN2B, MAPK1, NFKB1), ran molecular docking in ArgusLab, and used STRING and KEGG for pathway enrichment. I’ve also worked as a Research Intern at CADD Solutions on water and air treatment processes and their associated microbiomes.
