I’m targeting a challenging Technical Program Manager role where I can lead cross-functional teams, optimize engineering processes, deliver high-quality products, and align technology initiatives with business goals.

At KPMG India, I lead delivery for Walmart’s Seller Center onboarding and Business Verification platforms. I coordinate planning, release governance, and cross-functional Agile execution for backend solutions supporting thousands of concurrent sellers.

I delivered a scalable audit-event instrumentation framework using Apache Kafka and BigQuery, removing dependency on Mixpanel and improving data pipeline ownership and reliability. I also strengthened production monitoring with Splunk and Grafana and introduced automated validation with JUnit and Karate.

Previously at Coforge, I delivered self-service seller onboarding capabilities that reduced manual support dependency by more than 60%. At HCL Technologies, I delivered three digital product initiatives for Papa John's International, including a smart resolution engine that contributed to a 25–30% improvement in customer satisfaction.
