At Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Walikota Jakarta Utara, I helped with administration and document filing during my internship. I also prepared and distributed documents and supported administrative services.
For my academic project, Analisis Kepuasan Pelanggan Menggunakan SPSS, I processed questionnaire data, conducted Pareto analysis, interpreted the findings, and prepared a research report.
In another project, I analyzed how work environment and compensation relate to Satpol PP employee performance using SPSS. I conducted validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression, then interpreted the results and prepared a report.
