I'm looking to lead enterprise technology transformation, AI and data-platform modernization, and complex portfolio delivery where I can align investment, governance, cloud strategy, and high-performing teams to measurable business outcomes.

I led DOJ Antitrust Division’s enterprise transformation modernization data platform, delivering it on schedule within a $1M budget. I built centralized Databricks, Apache Spark, and PySpark ingestion pipelines that improved data-processing efficiency by 80%.

I’ve directed complex federal IT programs for GSA, OPM, HHS, DHS, FDIC, and the Department of Labor, aligning technology investment, architecture, delivery, governance, and operational priorities. At OPM, I turned around a $600M portfolio of 200 programs within 60 days and reduced at-risk programs by 75% through stronger governance and delivery practices.
