Technical writer at Programus Ltd. documenting its 800+ endpoint platform, with 7,000+ API descriptions and guides for enterprise clients.
Sri LankaWhat I'm looking for
At Programus Ltd., I document an enterprise event and venue management platform and its 800+ endpoint REST API. I expanded the OpenAPI/Swagger documentation and scaled hand-written descriptions from 2,600+ to 7,000+ through source-verified AI-assisted audits.
I support client API integrations by building Postman collections, validating endpoint workflows, and raising confirmed defects with developers. I’ve also written 55 user guides in Adobe RoboHelp, produced custom documents for enterprise clients, and recorded and edited tutorial videos.
Earlier, I fixed bugs and shipped features across Applova’s web, API, and Android kiosk applications at hSenid Mobile Solutions. At Sustainable Education Foundation, I contributed to ScholarX v2 wireframes and website updates, and my software engineering degree included building a procedurally generated learning game in Unity3D and C#.
