I am a Procurement Compliance and Governance Consultant with 14 years of progressive, global experience building and scaling compliance frameworks, governance structures, and Source-to-Pay ecosystems—first within a Fortune 500 multinational, and now as an independent consultant serving businesses globally. At Mondelez International, I advanced from Procurement Sourcing to Global Compliance and Deployment Lead, repeatedly selected by senior leadership as a Subject Matter Expert for high-impact global transformation programmes.
I influence procurement policy at a global level, lead enterprise system deployments across four regions, and build compliance capabilities across procurement teams worldwide—while working fully remotely with clients globally. Provide procurement compliance and governance advisory remotely to global clients, designing end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes and enabling sustainable procurement policy and controls. Implement contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions, manage RFx sourcing events, and deliver tailored procurement training and capability building.
Owned the global procurement compliance and governance agenda while serving as regional deployment lead for AMEA and Russia, acting as the organization’s SME for major procurement transformation programmes. Authored and evolved global buying policy and SOPs, led ABAC audit management and CSA programmes, and delivered global STP compliance and CLM platform rollouts across multiple regions.
Led end-to-end global contracts management for Integrated Business Services (IBS) and ITS portfolios, covering negotiation, drafting, execution, renewal, termination, and dispute resolution. Implemented Local Project Agreements within global Master Services Agreements and maintained governance via a global signature matrix and decision-rights documentation.
Directed global sourcing strategy and vendor selection for the ITS Application Development and Projects category. Supported contracts management and compliance activities across the ITS portfolio in collaboration with legal and other stakeholders.
Managed IS category sourcing across the AMEA region, ensuring alignment with global procurement policy and regional regulatory requirements. Partnered with internal stakeholders to support sourcing decisions that met compliance expectations.
Delivered procurement operations and strategic sourcing for Corporate and Professional Services categories across the MEA region. Supported centre of excellence process standardisation, supplier management, and compliance monitoring.
Conducted internal audit work to support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance requirements for HR personnel files. Produced audit-focused findings support aligned to SOX audit preparation needs.
