What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Utilization Review Nurse Auditor role where I can apply my clinical experience, medical record review, and care coordination skills to support accurate, timely clinical review.

At MedAssist USA, I review patient charts, previous notes, and care plans to identify missing information, outstanding referrals, and next steps for care coordination.

I follow up with insurers, primary care providers, specialists, and home care agencies about eligibility, referrals, authorizations, and access to services. I also track service needs and document responses and unresolved barriers.

At UMC OF EL PASO, I reviewed physician orders, laboratory findings, medications, and clinical documentation to support patient care. I maintained electronic medical records and coordinated with care teams on continuity and follow-up.

My nursing experience also includes behavioral health and substance use care at START TREATMENT & RECOVERY CENTERS, pediatric specialty care at ELIZABETH SETON CHILDREN'S CENTER, and long-term care at THE FOUNTAIN AT RIVERVUE.
