I am a compassionate Utilization Review Nurse, Case Manager, and Service Coordinator with extensive experience coordinating complex care plans, discharge planning, and patient management across acute and post-acute settings. I consistently ensure compliance with CMS regulations and MCO state program requirements while advocating for high-risk populations.

Throughout my career I have led multidisciplinary teams to optimize transitions of care, obtain prior authorizations, and improve clinical documentation and quality outcomes. I have hands-on experience with utilization review, prior authorization processes, PPS/PAI data transmission, and authorizations for mental health services.
