Answer and provide supportive 24/7/365 phone counseling and triage crisis calls, and deliver face-to-face crisis assessment and intervention for adults and children. Make clinical decisions on level of care, develop crisis plans, connect clients to services, and complete transportation holds and court testimony when subpoenaed.

Monitor clients in accordance with their care plans and implement service and behavior plans. Use crisis assessment tools for suicidal and aggressive behavior, de-escalate behavior emergencies, and administer medications according to program policy under nursing supervision.

Develop and implement client mental health services while ensuring documentation standards are met and responding to emergency situations. Provide individual and group therapy, conduct ongoing and diagnostic assessments, and coordinate required services during crises.

Provide mental health targeted case management for individuals with civil commitment due to mental illness and/or substance use, including system navigation, referrals, and symptom monitoring.

Supervise and co-facilitate group skills sessions and provide individual skills sessions. Complete diagnostic assessments, maintain documentation and timely notes, participate in supervision, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and outside providers, and help clients navigate county/government systems including financial benefits and MA applications.

Provide counseling and treatment services, including assessing and diagnosing clients, and delivering individual and group counseling. Address issues such as substance abuse, aging, bullying, anger management, careers, depression, relationships, self-image, stress, and suicide, and lead development and coordination of client treatment plans.

Assist individuals with developing independent living skills and social skills. Create and review individual treatment plans and functional assessments, complete progress notes, and meet with clinical supervisor for individual and group supervision.

Help clients restore social and vocational adjustments and support recovery for individuals with physical injuries, disabilities, mental health needs, and brain injury or stroke. Provide support for children with ADHD and coordinate connections to community outreach resources through individualized functional and adjustment-focused interventions.
