At The LEGO Group, I own regional forecasting, annual planning and management reporting for an APAC portfolio spanning six business units and 11 markets. I turn revenue, trade investment, marketing, COGS, distribution and overhead movements into a clear leadership narrative on EBIT.

I built the modelling and consolidation framework behind the APAC profitability roadmap, quantifying multi-year impacts from pricing, trade investment, marketing effectiveness and opex initiatives. I also streamline planning workflows with AI-assisted variance commentary, reconciliation and pack preparation while retaining finance review.

Previously at Changi Airport Group, I led finance for iShopChangi e-commerce and owned its full P&L, budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation. I consolidated inherited reporting into an automated Power Query framework that reduced turnaround from one week to two days.

My experience also includes financial planning and strategic roadmaps at IKEA Southeast Asia & Mexico, and five years of regional budgeting, forecasting and performance analytics at The Walt Disney Company. I partner closely with commercial, marketing and operations leaders on pricing, investment decisions, profitability and growth.
