Managed finance calendars, availability documents, and trackers to ensure accurate and timely updates. Provided backend event logistics for over 120 events and assisted in planning over 40 national finance trips.

Served as primary liaison for inquiries into campaign finance and lobbying activities. Led a team in resolving a backlog of over 5,000 lobbying reports, expediting processing and ensuring timely compliance. Advised candidates on ballot eligibility procedures and reviewed tens of thousands of signatures for ballot qualification.

Aided and facilitated a Get Out The Vote program at an independent staging location. Recruited and trained volunteers for in-person and virtual direct voter contact methods. Made over 1200 calls and knocked over 300 doors in a three-week period.

Consistently recognized as a top recruiter, securing over 530 individual volunteers and 1500 volunteer shifts. Actively managed a team of over 10 volunteer leaders, both virtually and in person. Personally completed over 5,300 door knocks and made over 17,000 recruitment phone calls.
