At Wisk Aero, I co-created the company’s first reliability program and provide full-aircraft reliability architecture for electric propulsion, high-voltage power, actuation, and certification-boundary ground systems.
I drove adoption of a revised high-voltage propulsion and power-distribution architecture after demonstrating that the baseline could not meet probabilistic safety and maintenance-cost objectives. I translate safety goals into quantitative requirements, supplier evidence, built-in-test strategies, maintenance controls, and certification-ready assurance.
Previously at Collins Aerospace, I owned reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety across commercial-aircraft product families supporting platforms including the Boeing 787, Airbus A350/A380, Bombardier C Series, and Boeing 777X. I used fleet and test evidence across 50,000+ units and 200M+ flight hours to identify failure modes and drive 20+ hardware, firmware, and supplier-component changes.
I also created Perdura Reliability, a full-lifecycle reliability and applied-statistics platform, and co-invented a patented condition-monitoring and prognostics method for predictive maintenance.
