I've delivered requirements for Lyfegen HealthTech's drug rebate management platform, translating complex pharmaceutical workflows into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and functional documentation.

I work across Product, Engineering, QA, Design and business stakeholders from discovery and workshops through backlog refinement, testing and release. At Lyfegen, I also supported portfolio analytics concepts for rebate, transaction, document and workflow performance KPIs.

At Synevo Romania, I improved laboratory, medical and patient-facing processes by eliciting requirements with reception teams, laboratory staff, doctors and IT stakeholders. I supported validation, UAT, system upgrades, user training and operational documentation.

My background at CGI spans software quality assurance, business analysis and PMO work for the European Commission DG TAXUD, SmartRecruit and Danone projects. I bring a structured, quality-focused approach shaped by QA, Agile delivery, training and knowledge management.
