In banking, I verified customer information, transaction details, and supporting documents against established procedures and quality standards. I reviewed records for missing information and inconsistencies before processing.

Across teller, customer service, and back-office operations in the Sharia Banking Industry, I processed and maintained customer and transaction documentation. I also used Microsoft Excel, Word, and internal systems to organize, verify, and report operational information.

In my independent data analytics and research projects, I’ve collected and compared information from online sources and built datasets in Excel and Google Sheets. My checks include cleaning data, identifying duplicates and missing values, and reviewing results for accuracy.

I’ve also practiced using SQL to query and summarize structured data, and created tracking sheets for historical archive research. I’m now developing my data analytics skills and seeking work involving careful research, guideline-based evaluation, and quality checks.
