What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role that fosters collaboration and supports student growth, with opportunities for professional development.

I am a dedicated educator with a Master’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Alabama Birmingham, set to graduate in December 2023. My commitment to student development is evident in my experience as an elementary teacher and my role as a teacher intern, where I have created engaging lesson plans and fostered safe, supportive classroom environments. I believe in relating lessons to students' real-world experiences, which enhances their learning and engagement.

Throughout my teaching journey, I have developed strong communication skills and a deep understanding of special education needs, ensuring that all students receive the support they require. My experience includes collaborating with fellow educators to monitor student progress and implementing behavior management strategies that promote a positive learning atmosphere. I am also AMSTI Certified and have a solid foundation in technology, which I leverage to enhance my teaching methods.
