Delcio Pechico

Senior Product Designer across healthcare, financial services, telecom, energy, and professional services. I work across end-to-end UX/UI, complex workflows, design systems, prototyping, and Framer/Webflow implementation, depending on the product and project.

Led product design across EasyBits’ AI products as the primary designer, including Extractor, MedBuddy, chatbot tooling, and the shared design system. Simplified complex AI workflows for non-technical users, established reusable product patterns, and worked closely with engineering from early concepts through implementation and design QA.

Designed farmer-facing digital products for Kenya and Thailand, including FarmCare and YaraBodega. Turned research and complex agricultural workflows into clearer mobile and USSD experiences, accounting for low connectivity, technical literacy, localization, and platform constraints.

Worked independently across product design, UX/UI, websites, and no-code delivery for startups and small teams. Projects included end-to-end product flows, responsive interfaces, reusable design systems, Webflow implementation, and operational automation.

Worked across mining regulation, safety, environmental compliance, field operations, and technical communication. Co-authored Mozambique’s adaptation of the JORC Code and worked directly with miners, researchers, and industry stakeholders. This background shaped how I work with complex systems, regulation, and users with very different levels of technical knowledge.

Designed onboarding, caregiver-to-specialist matching, and validation flows for an EdTech/HealthTech startup supporting families of neurodivergent children. Also built the Webflow experience and connected tools such as Airtable, Zapier, Teachable, and ActiveCampaign to support the operating workflow.

Studied sustainable exploration and processing of mineral resources, along with geology, oil and gas instrumentation, and industrial management.
