I am a finance professional based in Pointe-Noire, Republic of the Congo, with five years in microfinance banking — two as a business lending officer and three as branch manager.

My work has centred on reconciliation and financial control. I managed a credit portfolio of XAF 1.7 billion (approx. USD 2.8 million) across more than 200 business customers: monitoring repayments and outstanding balances, investigating every gap between recorded and settled amounts, and following each account through to resolution. During my institution's migration from NAFA to Flexcube, I reconciled 160 loan files against a 14-point control checklist, documented every discrepancy, and helped classify migration anomalies on restructured files — duplicate instalments, provision rebuilds, schedule corrections and reversals.

I build the tools I work with. I designed and maintained the Excel dashboards used in production across our network of seven branches to track portfolio at risk, maturity schedules and commercial performance, using pivot tables, SUMIFS-driven indicators, Power Query and VBA. I am currently completing certifications in financial compliance and AML, and in Power BI.

I also handled KYC and AML due diligence under COBAC and FATF frameworks, and led a team of ten, including their recruitment and training.

I work in French and English, in the GMT+1 time zone, and I am fully equipped for remote work. I am looking for a remote role in financial operations, reconciliation or reporting.
