As a SAFe Scrum Master, I facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage multiple Scrum teams, and drive efficiencies in software delivery. I am responsible for reporting project status to stakeholders and ensuring the successful delivery of program objectives through effective resource management and continuous improvement.

In my role as a Scrum Master, I led Agile teams, facilitated sprint ceremonies, and ensured adherence to Agile principles. I managed project documentation and communicated effectively with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.

As a Junior Business Analyst, I gathered requirements, conducted gap analysis, and documented business processes. I collaborated with development teams to ensure that solutions met business needs and facilitated user acceptance testing.

As an Associate Editor, I managed the peer-review process, ensured quality control of published articles, and promoted journals through effective communication with authors and professionals. I also handled team assignments and maintained editorial standards.

Completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy program, gaining knowledge in pharmaceutical sciences, drug development, and healthcare practices. Developed skills in patient care and medication management.
