At Global Search RC, I build repeatable outbound sourcing for hard-to-fill roles, using target-company lists, talent mapping, and Boolean and X-Ray searches to reach passive candidates. I recruit across regions and hire candidates from individual contributor through VP, Head, Director, and COO levels.
I own full-cycle recruiting, from screening and compensation negotiation through offers and onboarding. I also work with clients and internal stakeholders to calibrate hiring requirements, track recruitment KPIs, and maintain candidate and project data in Recruit CRM.
I lead and train recruiters and sourcers on sourcing strategy, research, and candidate qualification. Previously, at Tech Tammina, LLC and The Verticals, I recruited across technical and non-technical roles and supported hiring, onboarding, and recruitment processes.
