I manage the ECN/ECR process and use Windchill PLM/PDM for document management, change control, BOM management, and archived data retrieval. This work improved document management by 10–15%.
At Vinsum Express Pvt. Ltd., I designed packaging components using SolidWorks and CATIA. I developed cost-effective weldment structures and packaging including PPS boxes, wire mesh containers, metal foldable containers, and HDPE/LDPE crates.
My academic project examined the age-hardening behaviour of AZ61 alloy using Optical Microscopy, SEM, and Vickers Hardness testing. I received two Best Presenter Awards at the 2nd International Conference on ITME-2021.
