At HAVER AND BOECKER INDIA PVT. LTD., I modify 3D models and update drawings to meet requirements. I also convert supplied 2D drawings into 3D models and produce 2D outputs.
I apply tolerances and GD&T, add welding symbols, and generate exploded views for assemblies and sub-assemblies. I extract assembly BOMs from SAP and check exploded views against guidelines.
At FLOW WRAP TECHONOLOGY PVT. LTD., I worked on converting an RL creamer machine into an LR configuration. I checked assembly requirements, created assemblies in Solid Edge, and provided modified assemblies and manufacturing drawings.
I also worked on a six-lane biscuits feeding vibratory feeder assembly, designing a sheet-metal frame and checking alignment and interference. Earlier, at PRAXIS PACKAGING and MTE STRUCTURES PVT. LTD., I created manufacturing and assembly drawings, built 3D assemblies, and prepared BOMs.
