What I'm looking for

I am seeking HR roles where I can apply HR operations and recruitment skills in a collaborative culture that values employee development and pragmatic solutions.

I am an MBA (HR) professional with a B.Tech (IT) background, combining technical understanding with human-resources expertise. I focus on pragmatic solutions that align people practices with organizational goals.

I have experience working in HR roles and as an IELTS counselor, and have completed HR-focused academic projects including studies on stress management and quality of work life. My training includes practical B.Tech projects in ASP.NET and Java.

I am customer-oriented, a strong multitasker, and proficient at understanding business requirements and human behavior to identify organizational needs. I have coordinated activities, organized events, and participated in student leadership and cultural programs.
