At MPS Limited, I lead end-to-end design for manuscript submission, peer review, and tracking systems used by authors, reviewers, editors, and vendors. I transformed a 25-year-old SaaS platform into a user-centered experience serving 1M+ users and use feedback and usage data to guide UX improvements.
At Veative Labs, I developed UI patterns and a design system for web and mobile products, including a VR-based platform, and partnered with product and engineering teams on a career-exploration platform. Earlier, I worked across four retail brands on customer journeys, product displays, and brand activations.
