At TIAA, I lead product modernization and enterprise web delivery for retirement products, driving roadmap execution, backlog priorities, release readiness, and risk mitigation across cross-functional teams.
I translate business strategy into epics, features, user stories, and measurable acceptance criteria. I use OKRs, KPIs, production insights, dashboards, and Jira/JQL reporting to improve delivery transparency, quality, and decision-making.
I've led SAFe product, Product Owner, business analysis, and delivery governance work across outsourced-services modernization, microservices, APIs, integrations, and operational handoffs. I partner with business, operations, architects, engineering, QA, and support teams to manage dependencies and deliver committed outcomes.
