At the British Deputy High Commission, Chandigarh, I advised Indian companies on UK market entry, investment opportunities, and the regulatory and business environment. I supported four companies in establishing or registering UK operations, with operations expected to commence by 2026–27.
At the Confederation of Indian Industry, I researched economic, regulatory, and industry developments across exports, healthcare, diagnostics, and education. I developed policy recommendations and analytical briefs, and led industry–government consultations on sectoral issues.
At the Centre for Regional Trade, Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, I conducted empirical research for government decision-making, trade negotiations, and sectoral policy analysis. My work included econometric and panel-data analysis, trade-flow analysis, and gravity modelling.
I prepared research reports and policy briefs for senior officials in the Ministry of Commerce, and provided analytical inputs to negotiating teams for agreements including the India–UK FTA, India–Australia ECTA, India–UAE CEPA, and RCEP. I’m completing a Ph.D. in Economics, with research focused on the dynamic and sectoral effects of trade agreements and India’s trade policy.
