I’m an analytical and detail-oriented Data Science graduate (M.Sc.) with hands-on experience in data analysis, data visualization, and statistical modeling. I enjoy turning complex data into clear, decision-ready insights that help solve real business problems.

In my research, I conducted bibliometric analysis of retrial queueing systems by analyzing 1,564 Scopus documents (1981–2023). I mapped the scholarly landscape—identifying key authors, research topics, journals, citation patterns, and collaboration networks.

Across projects, I’ve analyzed sales and customer data to identify buying patterns and trends, producing actionable insights for better targeting and sales strategies. I also built interactive Tableau dashboards to track KPIs and performance, strengthening stakeholder understanding through effective data storytelling.

My toolkit spans Python (Pandas, NumPy), SQL, Tableau, MS Excel (Advanced), R, Jupyter Notebook, and Power BI, along with strong foundations in statistical analysis, data cleaning & preprocessing, and exploratory data analysis (EDA). I’m passionate about continuous learning—supported by certifications like IBM Data Analyst (Coursera) and Introduction to Generative AI for Data Analysis (Microsoft).
