I protect enterprise networks through SOC triage, IAM, firewall administration, and ITIL-driven incident response.

I'm currently supporting RBI Chandigarh through Randstad Technologies, where I manage ITIL-based incident and service-request workflows, monitor banking application performance and network flows, and investigate operational anomalies and security risks.

Previously at Altruist Technologies, I configured and maintained LAN/WAN environments, secured network perimeters with Sophos XG and pfSense, administered Active Directory and Linux proxy servers, and monitored traffic with PRTG. I've also configured secure VPN connectivity and supported internal IT audits and information-security policy awareness.

My background also includes systems data analysis, network and hardware maintenance, and financial transaction audit verification. I hold CCNA and ITIL 4 Foundation certifications, alongside an MCA and a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering.
