I seek a remote or hybrid legal role where I can apply litigation support, legal drafting, and contract management skills in a collaborative team that values clear communication, process discipline, and opportunities to solve complex disputes.

I am an advocate with over seven years of litigation experience across Indian courts, including practice before the Bombay High Court and various district and sessions courts. I combine courtroom advocacy with structured remote paralegal work for U.S. debt-collection matters.

As a Senior Paralegal I supported U.S.-based attorneys by drafting and filing complaints, issuing summons, conducting docket searches, preparing default judgments, and filing commercial e-complaints while working through remote desktop systems and case-management tools.

I have substantial experience in civil, family, corporate, property and labour matters, RERA and APF documentation, contract review and negotiation, and coordinating with banks and panel advocates for project approvals.
