What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and improve QA for complex web, mobile, eCommerce, POS, API, and backend applications, partnering closely with developers and business stakeholders to strengthen automation, release quality, and reliable delivery.

At Tractor Supply Company through Infosys, I lead end-to-end QA for high-volume retail eCommerce, web, mobile, POS, backend, and transaction-processing applications. I define test strategy, coordinate onsite and offshore teams, lead defect triage, and validate release readiness across Agile delivery cycles.

Previously, I tested customer-facing eCommerce, order management, banking, and healthcare systems for Nissan North America, IBERIABANK, and Tenet Healthcare. I've validated business-critical workflows from frontend behavior through APIs, web services, and database records using SQL, Oracle, Snowflake, SoapUI, Selenium WebDriver, and QTP/UFT.

I focus on finding root causes, strengthening regression coverage, and helping teams deliver reliable releases through practical manual and automated testing.
