What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Care Management, Utilization Review, or Clinical Review role where I can apply my strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to support medically complex patients and ensure accurate, compliant clinical documentation.

I’m a Registered Nurse with experience in NICU, pediatric private duty nursing, and outpatient rheumatology infusion therapy, with 19 years of experience in education and teacher leadership. I bring strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, along with clinical assessment, documentation, and care coordination for medically complex patients.

In my roles, I’ve provided independent assessment and care coordination, patient/family education, and interdisciplinary collaboration—whether delivering direct care in a Level III NICU, managing trach/vent and g-tube care, or serving as a primary point of contact for medication management and symptom monitoring in rheumatology infusion. I hold a Master’s degree in Teacher Leadership and I’m seeking to transition into a Care Management, Utilization Review or Clinical Review role.
