At Freshworks, I built end-to-end AI workflows for app development, improving code generation accuracy from ~40% to up to 90% versus legacy copilot workflows. My work spans agentic systems and developer experience: I’ve designed multi-agent orchestration to accelerate development workflows (4X productivity gains), architected an in-browser “vibe coding” shell, and reduced time to deployments by 15%. I also overhauled developer support systems, cutting TAT by 23% while maintaining 98% SLA adherence on community escalations.
