Technology Manager at KION (KTCI), scaling warehouse AI and Digital Twin systems across 10+ deployments.

At KION (KTCI), I built and scaled the AI, Robotics, and Digital Twin function from scratch to 15+ members. I architected warehouse perception systems and supported deployment of 10+ AI/ML models for automation.

I led NVIDIA Omniverse and Isaac Sim Digital Twin programs for virtual commissioning, robotics simulation, and AI-enabled validation across 10+ warehouse deployments. I also established MLOps ecosystems using Kubernetes, Kubeflow, and CI/CD workflows, reducing model deployment lifecycle by 40% across 10+ initiatives.

At Tata Elxsi, I led AI/ML delivery for robotic automation, delivering 7+ models and solutions with over 90% precision. I also defined the architecture for a patented AI-enabled robotic healthcare system.

Earlier, I worked across academia and applied research, including as Associate Professor (Robotics & AI) at Ajeenkya DY Patil University and PhD- Researcher – AI at Gauhati University. My work has included industrial control systems, Digital Twin simulation, and more than 30 research publications.
