I'm seeking to contribute to CIEL HR as an Sr. Executive/ AM – Talent Acquisition, owning end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering and sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding.

At Yash Technologies, I lead end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles, partnering with John Deere to understand hiring priorities and workforce requirements.

I source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, SuccessFactors, referrals, and Boolean search, then screen candidates and coordinate interviews with technical panels and hiring stakeholders.

I manage candidate engagement through negotiation, offer rollouts, reference checks, and onboarding. I also maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports and build talent pipelines for recurring skill sets.
