At Canara Bank, I manage end-to-end MSME, retail, and gold loan processing—from customer onboarding and credit appraisal through sanction, documentation, disbursement, and post-disbursement monitoring.
I've evaluated 500+ MSME and retail loan proposals, prepared credit appraisals with approximately Rs.100 Crore in cumulative exposure, and handled borrower portfolios with Rs.800+ Crore in turnover and sales exposure.
I analyse financial statements, bank statements, cash flows, repayment capacity, and credit bureau reports to support sound lending decisions. I also monitor SMA, overdue, and stressed accounts, conduct recovery follow-ups, and ensure compliance with RBI, KYC, AML, and internal credit policies.
I'm increasingly focused on digital lending and business process improvement, with hands-on exposure to Loan Origination Systems, digital onboarding, Flexcube, and workflow studies for MSME and gold loans. I bring practical banking operations experience and IIBA-endorsed business analysis training to identify bottlenecks and improve customer journeys.
