What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role that allows me to apply my chemistry knowledge and research skills while contributing to innovative projects in a collaborative environment.

I am a dedicated Chemistry student at Duke University, where I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree with a strong academic record, maintaining a GPA of 3.83. My education has equipped me with a solid foundation in various chemistry disciplines, including Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Molecular Biology. I am also an active member of the Duke Varsity Fencing team and have engaged in community service through various organizations.

Currently, I am conducting research under Dr. Michael J. Therien, focusing on the chirality-specific separation of single-walled carbon nanotubes. My work involves synthesizing surfactants to enhance solubility and optimize separation techniques, contributing to the advancement of nanotechnology. I have presented my findings at the Duke Undergraduate Research Symposium and the Southeastern Regional Meeting of the American Chemical Society, showcasing my commitment to scientific communication and collaboration.
