I am a seasoned Chief Financial Officer with extensive experience leading finance, accounting, reporting and HR operations for Romanian branches of multinational groups and local companies. I have managed annual turnovers ranging from small enterprises to ~100M RON, overseen fiscal and group reporting, controlled relations with banks and authorities, and implemented ERP and BI reporting processes.
Throughout my career I have built and supervised finance-accounting teams, supported sales with financial analysis and forecasting, and handled HR tasks such as contracts and Revisal registration.
