Dawn Workman

At Trinity Commercial Group, I manage social media content and publishing workflows for commercial property listings, company news, market updates, and community initiatives. I plan, create, schedule, and publish content using Buffer.

I also design property flyers, brochures, presentations, and digital graphics, and write listing highlights, website descriptions, and location summaries. I support email campaigns through content preparation and review coordination using Mailchimp and Outlook.

As TCG Cares Lead / Volunteer Initiatives Coordinator, I coordinate volunteer activities and communications with community partners, including United Way. I’ve organized events such as a Midwest Food Bank service event and community day-of-caring activities.

Previously, I created digital and print marketing assets as a Graphic Designer with Florida Gulf Coast University, Library Marketing, and supported students as a Teaching Assistant in Sustainable Fashion Design. My creative projects include editorial layouts, visual identity, and an escape room website design.
