What I'm looking for

I seek a senior in-house counsel role leading technology and commercial contracting for AI/cloud products, improving CLM and processes, and advising on privacy/security in a collaborative, product-focused environment.

I am a seasoned technology and commercial counsel with extensive experience drafting, negotiating, and advising on complex commercial, cloud and AI/ML agreements. I focus on aligning legal risk management with business speed to enable product launches and strategic sourcing.

In in-house and senior counsel roles, I negotiated master cloud agreements, XaaS and software licenses, and led initiatives to create templates, playbooks and online contractual terms for AI/ML products. I established privacy practices supporting GDPR and CCPA compliance, and drove CLM, e-signature and document management implementations to modernize contract workflows.

I hold CIPP/US certification and a JD (cum laude), and I thrive on delivering pragmatic legal advice, building scalable contracting processes, and mentoring teams to reduce risk while accelerating commercial outcomes.
