At Verizon, I built the AIC-UI React micro-frontend from scratch and integrated it into the production NaaS shell platform. Its analytics modules include sortable views, an interactive network-site map, and forecast and trend charts.
For Verizon’s NaaS Portal, I delivered end-to-end Adobe Analytics click tracking and expanded site performance views with health scores and anomaly charts. I also implemented federated single logout and fixed more than 40 bugs across charts, maps, downloads, and UI state.
In my personal Secure Enterprise Knowledge Assistant project, I built a RAG system that answers questions about NIST CSF 2.0 documents with citations. I evaluated it against a naive-RAG baseline, raising context precision from 0.807 to 0.932, and ran 172 offline tests in GitHub Actions CI.
