At Rissi, I supported the Planning department by entering and verifying data in Prefwise and Prefgest. I also organized and standardized physical and digital files for easier access and traceability.

I welcomed customers and visitors, answered phone calls, and controlled the release of internal and external vehicles. I also supported termination procedures, document organization, and electronic timekeeping in the P&P system.

As a self-employed Language Instructor, I prepare customized teaching schedules, manage materials, and organize class schedules. I use conversation-based methods and ongoing support to help students develop fluency, and periodically assess progress against learning goals.

I completed a Technical Course in Administrative Assistance at SENAI and studied Systems and Web Development at Faculdade Senac. My background also includes Microsoft Office, Sofit, basic knowledge of Sienge, and fluent English.
