At Nu Pagamentos S.A (Nubank), I developed backend services and customer-facing features for Ultravioleta, Nubank's premium credit card product.
I played a key role in launching LATAM Mode, implementing backend services for customer enrollment, disenrollment, and benefits activation during an initial rollout to 90K+ customers.
I also implemented reward allocation controls in Nubank Travel to meet LATAM partnership agreements and prevent over-distribution of loyalty points. I enhanced internal support platforms to improve customer and operational visibility for service agents.
I refactored a high-traffic widget handling 70M+ monthly requests, reducing client-side errors by 93% and improving sub-second load rates from 20% to 70%. Previously, I developed Java microservices at Dti digital (Banco Inter) and built .NET microservices and Angular applications at Mottu.
