At BTG Pactual, I’m the technical focal point for the Payments team, working across engineering teams on banking payment solutions. I designed and developed a payment orchestration platform using Domain-Driven Design and microservices, making it possible to combine payment methods with checkout flows.

I also developed a personalization service that selects checkout options based on customer profiles. By redesigning scheduled-payment workflows, I reduced schedule-related downtime by 90%.

At AskBlue, on the BTG Pactual client account, I developed a service that notified customers before their boletos expired, using Amazon SNS, Amazon SQS, and Valkey for caching. The initiative reduced support tickets related to expired and forgotten payment slips by 90%; I also investigated production incidents using Datadog and OpenSearch.

Earlier, at Act Digital, on the Sicoob client account, I developed a rural loans solution and contributed to modernizing legacy applications by initiating a migration from Adobe Flash Builder to Angular. My experience also includes full-stack development at Capgemini and IT support at TIVIT.
