I’m a System Analyst focused on application analysis, design, and support, turning technical requirements into dependable solutions. I’m proficient in JavaScript, Web Development, and SQL, and I apply that strength to task automation and day-to-day system improvements.

In my current role, I handle troubleshooting and integrate QA testing into the delivery process. I also create technical documentation that keeps teams aligned, and I use structured problem-solving to ensure applications work reliably in real conditions.

Before this, I worked as a Sales Analyst, generating sales performance reports, forecasts, and market analyses for executive leadership. I also managed the sales budgeting process—tracking actuals against projections and adjusting forecasts based on real-time performance—so I’m comfortable combining technical execution with clear, decision-ready outputs.
