At Outpatient Clinic, Ukrainian Research Institute of Rehabilitation & Balneology (MOH Ukraine), I replaced fragmented spreadsheets with a PostgreSQL database handling around 2,600 monthly patient encounters. I built data workflows and Power BI dashboards to give clinic management visibility into operations.
I audited performance against national healthcare contract quotas, uncovered a quarterly deficit calculation flaw, and prepared evidence for a formal appeal that recovered a 14% increase in monthly contract funding. I also developed a specialist profitability model to support staffing budgets and incentives.
Since relocating to Belgium, I’ve retained ownership of the clinic’s data infrastructure and reporting. In personal projects, I set up a self-hosted Linux server with PostgreSQL and built a lightweight web interface for recording and analyzing fitness data.
