At URBAN CREATE, I work on renovating and retrofitting abandoned buildings across Japan, taking projects from overall concept and schematic design through planning, modeling, rendering, and presentation materials. Previously at Nikken Housing System and Nikken Sekkei, I contributed to residential towers, mixed-use buildings, airports, and international competitions.
I'm a licensed architect in Ecuador with experience spanning Japan, Ecuador, and the United States. My work combines planning, BIM-based 3D modeling, construction drawings, visualizations, client coordination, cost estimating, and hands-on production knowledge.
